The Syndicate Strength & HIIT Approach

Syndicate Fitness centers its class structure around High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and combines Traditional/Olympic Lifts and Metabolic Conditioning in every session. This approach challenges the body in a way that increases strength capacity and endurance. The movements within Syndicate HIT are customizable to accommodate any skill level and limitation. 


Classes are inclusive of everyone with a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination or judgment. We are all here to support, motivate, and empower each other. Your individuality is welcomed at Syndicate Fitness.

Nutrition Coaching

Your Initial Assessment will include:

Group or Unit HIIT

Bring the workout to you! Group or Unit PT HIIT classes can be designed around your team’s specific needs. This is also a great option for corporate health events.

  • Please allow 2 weeks to coordinate Group/Unit PT.
